Tips for Working From Home to Stay Motivated, Productive, and Refreshed

  1. Take a nap. Lay down. Close your eyes for 15 minutes. Go for a walk. Get up and stretch.
  2. Go outside on your porch or back patio and build your business with your phone or laptop.
  3. In the evening, sit around a fire and prospect on your phone.
  4. Hit up local shops and restaurants if you need to get out of the house. (Obey laws, wear mask, be careful and proceed at your own risk during worldwide Pandemic.)
  5. Have a room designated for your work. Get a comfy desk and chair. Put pictures or meaningful items on your desk.
  6. Listen to personal development, music like classical music, or anything on youtube.
  7. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy! You're burning calories too just with your brain.
